Fallback to internet search

Usually your Knowledge Box covers a specific scope of knowledge. If you still want to answer user questions even though there is no relevant semantic matches retrieved from your Knowledge Box, you can create a workflow that will fallback to an internet search.

Steps​

  • Create a Knowledge Box driver and a Perplexity driver.
  • In the workflow:
    • On the retrieval context step, add an Ask agent using your Knowledge Box as source.
    • On the Fallback output of this agent, add a Perplexity agent.
    • On the Generation step, add a Summarize agent
