Subscribe to Progress Context Box

To subscribe to Progress Context Box:

  1. In a web browser, navigate to the Progress Context Box page.

  2. Click the Get Started button.

  3. In the form, provide your information; then, click SIGN UP.

  4. Enter a password for your Context Box; then, click Sign Up.

    Results: Progress sends you an email with a link to your Context Box instance.

  5. From your email, click the link to finish your registration and navigate to your Context Box.

  6. Choose the region used to host your Knowledge Box data; then, click Next step:

    • Europe (Google Cloud Platform)
    • USA (Amazon Web Services)

    Notes:

    • The Knowledge Box is a container that stores all the documents you query using Context Box.
    • This setting configures the Context Box to comply with any region-specific regulations and technical requirements.

  7. Choose the embedding model to use for your Knowledge Box; then, click Validate:

    • Common Languages
    • English only

    Note: This setting is used to improve the quality of results by identifying the languages used in queries and documents in the Knowledge Box.

Results: Your Context Box opens to the default view, and you are ready to start uploading your files.
